You acknowledge that all video computation is executed strictly on your local device. We do not provide cloud storage, backup services, or remote processing queues.

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any videos, audio recordings, or media files processed through ComprimirVideo.
You agree that you will only process files for which you have legal authorization, copyright, or ownership. You must not use this tool to process unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing materials.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the compression engine will process every corrupt or proprietary codec, or that performance will be identical across varying hardware or browser configurations.

In no event shall ComprimirVideo, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software, including device overheating, browser tab crashes, or data loss.
